Bacchus:

Made from 100% Bacchus grapes, grown in Dropmore Vineyard. Modern cross between Silvaner Riesling and Muller-Thurgau, ideally suited to the cooler English climate.

Young, fresh, and light, eminently quaffable. Pleasing aromas of peach and mango with a refreshing zesty character. Good with fish, pasta, poultry, all year round. Best served chilled and consumed now.

Sparkling Rosé

This pale elegant Sparkling Rosé is created from 100% Pinot Noir. It offers delicate aroma of fresh raspberry/strawberry and a refreshing finish.

12% alcohol

Brut Sparkling

Our signature Sparkling white wine, (we fondly and unofficially call our “Bucks Fizz”). Made in the traditional method from Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, all grown in Dropmore Vineyard, this English bubbly is a big favourite with this who have discovered it!

Notes of lemon/pear with hints of toast.
