We currently produce five wines: our signature Dropmore Sparkling wine, our NEWEST Sparkling Rosé, and 3 still wines - Bacchus, Ortega, and a Rosé. The grapes are 100% grown in Dropmore Vineyard, cultivated, harvested and tended year round by hand. Once harvested they are delivered to expert winemaker, Nico Centonze at Stanlake Park wine estate.

Since our initial harvest in 2010, Dropmore wines have earned professional recognition with a collection of Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at national and regional annual wine challenges. We began as we hope to go on - with our very first Bacchus winning the Mac Mackinnon Trophy for best still white wine in the Thames & Chiltern Vineyard Association region of 9 counties. And an early Rose took the Stefanowiz Salver for best still Rose in the region.
